By accessing or using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Disclaimer.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

1.2 Business Scope

Supply and distribution of packaging materials and imported packaging products
Customized packaging solutions (printing, branding, size, design)
Wholesale, bulk, and retail packaging products
Domestic and international trade

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under applicable laws.

Business customers represent that they are authorized to bind their organization.

1.4 Product Information

1. Product images are indicative and may vary slightly from actual products.

2. Specifications, dimensions, colors, and materials are subject to manufacturing tolerances.

3. We do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free.

4. Customized products may differ slightly from approved samples.

1.5 Pricing & Taxes

1. Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated.

2. Prices are exclusive of GST, shipping, customs duties, and other charges unless mentioned.

3. Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Quotations are valid only for the period specified.

1.6 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Certain products require a minimum order quantity. MOQ will be communicated on the product page or quotation.

1.7 Orders & Acceptance

1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

2. Suppdock reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

3. Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation or written approval.

4. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or technical reasons.

1.8 Payment Terms

B2C Customers

100% advance payment required unless otherwise stated.
COD may be offered selectively.

B2B Customers

Standard terms: 100% advance payment.
Credit terms (7/15/30 days) may be offered only with written agreement.
Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

All payments must be made through approved payment methods.

1.9 Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery timelines are estimates only.

2. Delays may occur due to logistics partners, customs, force majeure, or other factors.

3. Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch or delivery, whichever is earlier.

4. Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report visible damage immediately.

1.10 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Standard Products

Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and only upon providing the opening video.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Customized / Made-to-Order Products

Non-returnable and non-refundable except in case of manufacturing defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds processed within 7–10 working days.
Shipping, handling, and customs charges are non-refundable.

1.11 Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, images, text, and software on the Website are the intellectual property of Suppdock or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

1.12 Prohibited Use

Use the Website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access or hacking
Misuse content or intellectual property
Disrupt Website operations

1.13 Limitation of Liability

1. Suppdock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

3. Suppdock is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of packaging products.

1.14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Suppdock against any claims arising from your use of products or violation of these Terms.

1.15 Force Majeure

Suppdock is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
